Gift vouchers for self-care are a wonderful way to show someone you care. By giving a gift voucher for self-care, you're giving the gift of relaxation, rejuvenation, and wellness. Self-care is an essential part of maintaining good physical and mental health.

Remedial Massage Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

 - Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years only from the date of purchase and will not be valid past their expiration date, as noted clearly on the gift voucher itself.

- Gift vouchers are only redeemable for the massage treatment indicated on the voucher. Vouchers are non-transferable for Chiropractic care or products. (Exception to a 1-hour appointment being transferable to x2 30mins appointments.)

- Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable to another customer.

- Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

- Gift vouchers must be presented at time of redemption.

- Gift vouchers stating a massage treatment or service may be subject to price increases at time of redemption.

- Cancelled and missed appointments booked with gift vouchers fall under the same terms and conditions policy as regular appointments. (Refer to our full T&C on our missed appointment policy).

- Appointments booked with a gift voucher are redeemable to the value/treatment indicated on the voucher. Unfortunately, this price cannot be adjusted/refunded with the use of private health funds.
