    Our friendly receptionist will give you a history form to complete (if you haven’t already done this online). Please bring any relevant imaging (e.g. x-rays) and important health history information that may assist. From here, you will meet our remedial massage therapist who will take a detailed health history and discuss your current presentation.

    Your therapist, after collaborating your history and examination results will develop a tailored treatment plan. This will then be explained to you, outlining a recommended course of action with the intention of meeting your treatment goals.
